Is it just me ??

I see more construction and more new cars than I have ever seen before.
People seem prosperous.

Construction, both personal and corporate.

Houses and businesses...
House expansions and new builds.

The times must be good for some/many !!

I've noticed the same thing.

Many also seem to want to come here from neighboring countries. It has become a major step up from Cuba, Venezuela, Haiti and maybe even Colombia. That is also something that drives the economy. Saw the realtors association and Remax in an article talking about Haitians buying and renting. The last group with money leaving it seems.
