The Public Procurement Agency (DGCP) has recommended that the Office of the Comptroller General suspend all payments associated with approximately 150 contracts signed by the National Institute of Student Welfare (Inabie) for school supplies.

A few years back a person I know did a contract with them. Supplied hundreds, if not thousands of meals and couldn't get them to pay.

Right before COVID they were making a kitchen to prepare food for schools across av. España from me. Nice stainless steel kitchen. They repaired all the cisterns and water pipes. They got all new security gates. Then new tile for the floors and work stopped. The tiles are sitting there. The dirt and dust is covering everything. Everything is there untouched.

"Lawyer Francisco (Pancho) Alvarez of Participacion Ciudadana, the civic watchdog organization, requested that the Chamber of Accounts audit the Inabie."

For those of you who know how to read between the lines. This would certainly explain a lot.
