Question for Viagra users
In farmacias Carol or Farmax, real product, Pfizer, made in Mexico (it's real product for Latin America market), I don't remember the price but something about 500 pesos for 100 mg. No prescription needed. In bars, cabanas, etc you will buy some generic or fake **** that possibly can give you any side effects that real product doesn't have.

500 pesos is more like 13 dollars. you can also buy cialis (original). about the same cost, i think. cheaper generic versions start at 1 dollar a pill. read the label if you have doubts regarding adverse effects.
do the research.. most of the cheap ones are fake... 2.00 a pill are not generics they are fake
they may not be the same, in a way, since the manufacturing place changes: pills are made in different labs around the world to serve different markets. so pills you will but here were most likely made somewhere in south or central america and pills you buy in USA could be made there.

I am telling you that my personal experience is that the generics that I have taken have the EXACT SAME EFFECT as the Viagra. You do not have my experience, you have conjecture, or you believe rumors, or you are basing what you think on some other experience that was different from mine. I have experience using both the generic and the proprietary versions, with the same effect and zero difference. You are of course free to do whatever you wish or believe whomever you wish. I am not trying to sell anyone on anything. It makes no difference to me what you buy or what you use.
It does not cost anywhere near $2.00 to make a pill. That is simply logical. Of course, someone COULD make bogus pills or fatal pills, but that would not get them any repeat business, would it?

like i said the real pill Pfiser can be fatal if taken with nitro..,,,,,,,,,,, I worked for eli lilly and we made a ONE YEAR production of a drug that would only fill up a 55 gallon barrel , THE PLANT COST OVER 400 MILLION TO BUILD so yes some pills do cost more then 2.00 to make..

in some of the studies they have done by buying on line it was like 70% of them were fake or only had 30% of the active ingredient. its a billion dollar industry
few things:
i suggested reputable pharmacy for any purchases simply because they buy directly from labs and official distributors. therefore they will sell good stuff only. crappy small pharmacy in a barrio, bars, colmados and other places will buy on the cheap, with no formal paperwork. those are the ones who distribute and sell fake meds.
cheap knockoffs are not fake, they are just cheap. original meds are so expensive because there is s**tloads of money in developement, testing and later on marketing. production and packaging costs comparatively little. now take a cheap big lab making medicine with no initial financial input and you will have generics.
there are many dominican generics for erectile dysfunction. la pela is the most popular. there is also levapen, pegaforte, mambo and many others. i would stick to la pela. this is a huge bestseller...

i agree but many generics do not always have the qty of the ingredients they have on the labels .. you may want to trust the label because you want to but in reality it may not. USDA has found many generics that do not have what they claim. What you want is a generic that has the exact same or close content.. i bet they are the ones closer to the 25.00 price. I guess you could use black rhino horn jajajaja chinese say it works ,,bad for the rhino however. i would just get the real thing... thats me.
Sildenafil Citrate is the drug. It is no longer under patent. Viagra is simply a brand name. Various other brands are much less expensive and are sold freely over the counter in the DR. If you shop around you can find various brands like Kamagra made by very reputable Indian pharaceutical companies that cost maybe a 50 pesos a pill or less. They are chemically identical. It's no different than aspirin (a name Bayer lost in the US in WW1 along with Heroin) or acetamenophen...you can pay more for Bayer or Tylenol if you choose but it's chemically the same exact drug. Viagra and Cilalis as well as equivalent brands that are less expensive are sold over the counter all over the DR. Many drugs that in the US require prescription can be obtained by just going to pharmacy (not narcotic or addictive drugs).
As far as dangerous "fakes" since this is a perfectly legal generic drug there is little incentive to adulterate or fake it any more than there is with aspirin. If you think about it, "Viagra" is much more likely to be fake than a generic for the same reason the DR is awash in fake "Nike" shoes or designer purses. Nobody makes "fake" generic running shoes or no name purses. It's harder to get away with poor or adulterated products without a known brand since people will be more circumspect. Since it is at least mildly illegal to fake the brand the content is more likely suspect.

You can usually load up on good meds at the larger, reputable pharmacies if you know it's name, it's function and what you use it for and are reasonably fluent in Spanish. There's a much less restrictive policy then in many so-called first world countries..
I was able to buy a lot of antibiotics when a family member needed them, without a prescription; as I am no MD, I did consult with 2 MD's (real ones) before buying..
