First Lady Raquel Arbaje has begun work as president of the Children & Adolescent Cabinet. She is doing so on an honorary basis, in keeping with her commitment not to handle public funds.

She is coordinating the work of the National Council for Children and Adolescents (Conani), and the ministries of Women, Public Health, Education, Labor, Sports, Culture and Youth.

The Progresando con Solidaridad Program (ProSoli), the National Health Service (SNS), the National Institute of Integrated Care for Early Childhood (INAIPI), and the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic are also part of the new Children and Adolescent Cabinet.
