President Luis Abinader said that the president of the National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) Vice Admiral José M. Cabrera Ulloa would be stepping up to collaborate with regional combatting of drug trafficking in the Americas. Abinader mentioned the symbolic term of czar in describing the enhanced efforts from the Dominican collaboration to fight organized crime in the region.
