Can anyone name all these DR1'ers? The picture was taken at Rocky's in Puerta Plata for our 1st Thanksgiving gettogether in 2011 or 2022 (not sure the exact year)

I was at the 2007 Rocky's T'day( my photos are archived here on DR1) and told this was the second year so perhaps the photo is from 2006. Hillbilly is the gray haired gent kneeling on the right if my memory is correct.
I think Rick Roth is lower right, now deceased. Top right could be Garth Howe, just not sure. Just in front of escott could be Alberto Noeci, I remember him having a beard at one time and he was always close to esccott.
I actually think you think I'm referring to someone that I am not. let me help because I am speaking about an individual who is clearly in this picture.

I made a mistake on the dates. It is 2002 or 2003. I moved here in 2001. The first get together I went to was Christmas at Naco Hotel in 2001. If the Mods want to change the dates on the original post it's a good thing.
Speaking of remembering DR1ers and real Dominican life there was this member years ago he was a retired artist I think. Can't recall his name. He wrote about his life with this Dominican nurse he shacked up with in Villa Mella or Villa Juana and the things her boys did. That was some of the best material I ever read about this place. Who was it?
