Jan is cedula also good for 10 years and 4000rd?

Yes. I was suprised. The poster on the wall said 10 years was really high priced, 10000 if I remember correctly, but the lady came out and pointed to the 1 year and said something and that my cedula was not expired yet (I still had 2 days). I didn't understand but I was a happy human.
