Have done multiple dinners there, 3 course type stuff, 3-4 people bottle of wine couple of beers for 1,000 or less.

Are you sure about that? A couple of beers would cost you easily 500, a bottle of wine, at least the same..,so how was the three course meal for 3-4 people?
