Hey DR1 peeps!

If you've researched coming to the southwest, you may have come across our blog, Cliff & Cove. We have quite a few articles about places in the south, how to get there, what to see, and travel tips. We've lived in Barahona for over 10 years, so we know a thing or two about the area (but there is still much to learn :giggle:) We've been actively sharing information with our followers and subscribers for the last 3 years, and we hope to keep providing reliable information and resources.

For anyone who has been wanting to come to the south and explore (and doesn't feel like doing all of the research themselves), we have curated and are selling an itinerary for a 5-day road trip from Santo Domingo to Bahia de las Águilas. The itinerary includes where to stop, recommendations for accommodations and meals, tour guide recommendations, a Google map to follow and more! It's customizable if you want to make it shorter or longer, but it's a great place to start when you want to visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic.

Check out more about it here: https://www.cliffandcove.com/blog-roadtrip

We also started offering custom travel planning services! Many people love to research (me!) - but some people loathe it. If you are looking for a place to vacation with a group in the DR, and you are interested in exploring places away from where the resorts are, we got you! We can help you craft the perfect trip for you and your family or friends - with all of the amenities you want! Check out more info about those services here. Please share with any of you friends or family back home who are interested in planning a custom trip here.

Just wanted to update you. Thanks for the support. Have a great day everyone!

Nice!
Dumb question: Services are your fee for coordinating only, correct?

No dumb questions! Yes, our services are for research and coordinating. Instead of our clients spending hours scrolling through Airbnbs, understanding the amenities, figuring out the best area to stay in and what to do- we do the leg work for you and present the options for them to book themselves. We have a variety of packages from basic to VIP. The VIP package can include things like stocking your Airbnb with groceries, personalized gifts for your guests (i.e, custom beach bags), activity ideas, coordinating spa services to come to them, arranging a photo session with a professional photographer and more!

Hello! Since we are not a travel agency, we are not. We simply do the research for you and help you craft an amazing trip. The client is responsible for the final decisions and booking. We understand this service is not for everyone, as many do enjoy researching and planning - but for those that do not, and want to enjoy Dominican Republic beyond the all-inclusives - we are here for you!
