looking to move to SD in March 2007.

I'm in Evaristo Morales and like it here very much, nice central and many new buildings with nice apartments.

Colonial Zone and the neighborhoods listed above are apples and oranges.

I work in Piantini and my gym is in Naco. I see very little difference between the two. I doubt most people could tell you where one ends and the other begins. If youre looking for high-rises and quiet streets and lots of SUVs, youve got it in any of those neighborhoods.
