Recommended People/Company for 6 feet dishes

Question 1: I am looking to buy a 6 foot dish for my coolsat. Can anybody recommend a good quality dish (Manufactured in DR) and a person to buy it from. Would also need the new LNB for international channels.

Question 2: The new LNBs' that people are talking about give you what international channels. Specifically, I want to know if this LNB would allow me to watch UK TV channels of any sort or kind.
