Just read where school starts on wed,21 sept not mon .19 sept,must be because of storm

It was supposed to start on the 19th, so I assume you are correct that it is the storm that is causing a precautionary opening delay. We, as a private school have been open since August 22nd. Some private schools were opened even earlier than that.

The schools are closed here in Ellimon right now did not restart on 21 sept,no elec in Ellimon still but heard it may start next Tuesday
