Knock on wood.

This happened over six years ago. When it happened I sent my Dominican Lawyer to the wake. He told the family that I had no choice as it was him or me.

He then said as per my instructions that I am truly sorry for your loss. But in the future if I even think someone is looking at me cross eyed there will be no hesitation in adding to the count.

I never had anyone go near me after that. NO ONE.

i'd say it depends on who you are and who you know. easy to get away with killing an intruder if you have a good lawyer and know people. most likely you'd still have to pay up something if only to shut the family of the victim, who, as they will inevitably claim, could not hurt a fly.

I am with you, I would not have shot anyone either unless one would come at me. I would have fired on the ground to scare them. Make sure when you fire, do not shoot your own LCD HDTV by mistake. I would not want to kill some tigre for stealing my stuff. They are afraid now and know you are armed.

I have to disagree if you take a shot at someone kill him because if you dont and you **** the guy off you maybe a target for retribution,Kill the bastard and end it there, He will be an example and noone will mess with you again.

Now, I think I've asked this before, but never did get an answer, are there any handgun ranges in Santiago?
