Selling a plot of land in Sosua.

Hi All, please excuse me if i have posted in the wrong forum.

I am planning to sell a plot of land in Sosua due to a divorce. it is 412sq M. 10-12 min from Sosua beach. I am not sure what price of Sq m is currently so i am asking perhaps someone here knows current market. I was quoted 60K to do deslinde so we need to factor that as well.

I should point out that i do not want to sell, i need to. I just can’t build and live so close to my x mother in law. The view is fantastic with gorgeous palm trees all around.

I was going to build a 3 bedroom, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs with a nice open floor plan to patio and infinity pool looking at the mountains. To answer your question, yes.

No matter how you slice it, that sure sounds like a lot of money for a lot up the hills from Sosua Abajo - unless it's in some new residencial with paved streets.
have you ever been to Sosua Abajo?

That about 3500 pesos per sq meter. It would be a minimum of 5000 pesos per sq meter anywhere close to Jarabacoa.

By the look of the map, it's not in Sosúa Abajo, it's up the hill from Maranatha, it's a s*it location. The plot is on a hill right? At least from the location of the pin I think I know where it is, it's either in the middle of a hill or ontop of it. And yeah I don't think you would get more than 25k, just because of the location.

I just said Sosua Abajo since that's the closest you are to civilization. I know people here in Cabarete for years that have never heard of Maranatha. I thought it was mostly barrios up there(?). Never been up there myself.
