One problem is the habit of people tossing their garbage over the back wall. That won’t be fixed with this. However I see slow improvements in areas where garbage trucks are being employed.

They're working on a few Cañadas at the moment. Check out my "Projects" thread. Extremely large projects no other government has ever addressed before.

This will make a difference because they enclose them so folks cannot use them as their sewage tank and trash cans.
