Well, it's like some people who think they are smart and doing something, but really they are like gnats. I always wonder what they do after being blocked. Do they stare at the screen and try to think of what to do next? or they go back to whatever it is they normally do in whatever country they are in.

Same here. Extremely slow all day and/or "502 Bad Gateway". Working ok now.
