Hmm… I have spoken with who designed the new shopping carts at one of Jumbo’s newest stores in SD. I’ll check if he also had something to do with the new shopping carts Sirena Market. :unsure:

Whatever it’s, it seems Dominican supermarkets are designed by Dominicans down to the smallest details. Lol I used to think the designs were imported from Europe since many follow more the European-like designs than American ones, especially the fancier supermarkets.

On top of that, the bottom part has no sides so you really can't put much there. The meat/butcher service area is half the size of what it used to be and always smells like rotten meat.

Four wheel turning casters are great for Dominicans because it is way easier to manoeuvre their cart in any available space left open.
And it’s easier to move them out of the way.

whats new in sosua... rumor from my friend in santiago tells me some of those spandex queens are now called clamidia queens... be careful out there.
