The DR government is certainly able to better prevent news leaks than the US can.
Sosua beachis like walking down 42 st back in the 80's .. those girls must be living good because they are packing on the pounds not one under 2 bills...
On Wednesday construction was at a pace resembling a construction site. By Friday, things were back to normal with just a few guys wandering around looking for shade.
How is that even possible? Boots on the ground would beg to differ.
It's what people who don't visit the beach say. When they do, this is all they see as it bothers them.

Mayor Wilfredo Olivences commissioned an operation to organize the parking lot at the entrance to Sosúa beach on the El Batey side. The plan is to rearrange the parking lot, all this to ensure the safety and flow of visitors. But what exactly they intend to do is not really clear.

Seems like The DR Projects are run like a Charity ,, 95 % Administrative Fees, 1 % goes to the actual Charity , and the other 4 % , nobody knows where it goes .
They just don't "get it", do they? Big money has been at work and the results are slow but finally happening.
