Do they have their own beach?
Yes... The wave breaker they did build there is stopping the sand from traveling along the coast so yes they have a "beach" at the east side.
Casa Marina is loosing their beach gradually and Playa Alicia is getting smaller also....
Luckily the wave breaker is slowly falling apart and so there is hope that the currents will go back to normal.... 🤞

Can they still sue of the road is private?

Getting back to what is Cabarete and what is Sosua, I suppose Willie and Freddy would know.
Most radio stations are also privately owned and if any function on a non-Spanish language, they need a special permission from the government before they do that because Spanish is the only language allowed.

A radio station and a privately owned road are two vastly different things. Can someone label there own private road with a stop sign in English or not?
If SOV cannot legally do so, why have they not be challenged by the language police?

Will they have to call it the Roca Dura Cafe?

The Hells Angles changed the street name to English when they were in Cabarete. The street where their clubhouse was located.

No, it has to be in Spanish at the very least. This is simply a case of the authorities not enforcing laws, which isn’t limited to this.

All products labels must be in Spanish too, but walk into many supermarkets and there will be a few products in some other language only, which is a violation.

If lawyers were to get more active in these types of lawsuits, many companies would make sure they follow that without enforcement just to avoid paying more to lawyers and getting dragged into the court system.

In neighboring Puerto Rico signs are in Spanish except in certain areas of San Juan where they are in Spanish and English. But that is different since PR is a US territory and the US doesn’t have an official language.

I am so glad those bearded losers are either in jail or in homeless shelters.

That's a privately owned brand name, correct? They can call it what they want unless the name would be something illegal in the local language, I think? I know from a marketing point of view you have to be careful with some brand names but from purely legal view I think only if the name would be something illegal...

I'm aware of the product labeling issue in the DR, but that information is meant for the well-being of the general public, whereas street signs on private land are not, right? I don't know the law here, but I would have thought that unless it's illegal, anyone can do on their own land what they want?

Yes. They spent $3million on making the jetty and bringing in sand.
Thanks. I looked on Google. I can see it.

Man, those rooms aren't cheap.

You'd probably be surprised how many are living close to you now.
NO, I would immediately notify the authorities about their obnoxious loud motorcycles. No one puts up with that B.S anymore. They are relegated to old, tired movie shows that no one watches.

You really are clueless. Many of them own several condos in Piantini and Naco. The Dominican chapter's clubhouse is near Metaldome in SD and the Nomad chapter is in Juan Dolio. The Quebecers all got out of jail years ago.

Tough guy behind his computer.
Move next door to me with one of those loud, inconsiderate motorcycles and you will see how tough I am. I will call the P.D every day. Come into any of my places of business dressed up like a clown with a beard, wearing dirty cloths revving a loud motorcycle, again the P.D will be called.
