Spanish 4 foreigners - APEC or PUCMM?

Would you recommend APEC or PUCMM for someone who wants to improve his Spanish in Santo Domingo? I didn't know PUCMM offered these courses but it seems they do (anyone has more info on that btw?)

Best way to learn "Spanish" in the DR!!!!!

I learned to talk Dominican from prostitutes! You can have a Spanish lesson and great sex at the same time!!!You can say you were paying for the "Language Lesson",and got the SEX for FREE!
