There was always discussion as to who was the worst ULCC, Frontier or Spirit.

Once the merger is completed, we now have a definitive answer.

However, given Spirit's stronger connections to Latin America, the merger should bode well for the DR.

Jetblue is not in the same category (ULCC) as either Frontier or Spirit.

And I guess it depends on who is doing the rankings and their criteria;
