St. Patrick's Day at the Finish Line in Sosua

Next Monday, March 17 is St. Patrick's Day. I'll be serving a lovely meal of Corned Beef, Cabbage, Potato and Carrots. Dinner served from 2 pm till 6 pm, cost is $850 RD, tax included. I cured 65 pounds of brisket this year, so we will have plenty! I hope to see you there! The finish Line is located on Calle Ayuntamiento just before city hall.

You making the corned beef again? Have you ordered it from your butcher? Could you either give me his contact or order 2 for me? Although I would love to go to the finish line, I must be at work in Jamao and will not drive the mountain later in the day.

I get the fresh briskets from the butcher. I salt and cure the Corned Beef myself. I got started back in February as it takes about 3 weeks to cure a brisket.

I have eaten NCD's corn beef. To say it's delicious is a gross understatement. If I lived on the north coast, I would be his permanent lunch guest.

We have been invited to a bit of a St Patties pub crawl in El Corticto (Bavaro area)on the 17th. Won't have any tradition Irish food but the beer will flow so all will be good
