I read it points NE...........

Going to try shipping to the DHL office in Nagua for pick-up
Let us know how it goes. And what azimuth heading it points on and what angle from vertical. I have a big tree that might cause me issues on a NW azimuth.

you can look at the satellite tracking from Norad here:
The red lines are the path of the satellites of Starlink. Look nearest DR.

I’m losing it, I thought you were tracking Santa. 😂

Don’t mind me, carry on with Starlink.

In the beginning, I think you had to order it to your physical address in order for the satellite to connect once you set it up.

I don't think that's the case anymore. I'm guessing you'll do fine with having it delivered to CPS

Seems it would make more sense to list the GPS coordinates of where it will be installed. Especially in Latin America - becuase addresses here are as close to useless as helmet laws

I am encouraged by the poster here from LT who had it shipped to his friend in Sto Dom......

Apparently, the dish itself searches for the satellite... I read that

They used Plus code addresses when I was going to buy mine. I think they are supposed to be just as accurate as GPS coordinates

I'll give that a try but I know where NE is.... and I have a clear view of the northeast sky being on the north coast
Actually, I face NE

To order ours I used the plus code off google maps (no real addresses in our small town)- dhl to Santo Domingo- then 3rd party (Schad) contacted through whatapp for a location- they showed up in 2 days. Been up and running since mid November, was using around 30gb/day - speeds in off peek hours 150-230mb, peek 60-150mb

I have a good NE view too. Even better to NW. Nothing but ocean in front of my view, so I am sure it will work here too.
What dish will you order

Did you use a Plus Code for your address or just the CPS address

Remember the dish moves to track the multiple satellites from north east to northwest here in the DR so that whole sky view has to be cleared. With regards to ordering there is a shipping address and a service address which don’t have to be the same (they were definitely not in my case)
