This package is the ethernet connection, so I am waiting until Monday to go pickup the actual receiver

Its frustrating. The only way to contact customer support is been a client, but you cant cause you cant order because the webpage is bugged.I don't know how others feel but what I've been reading in this thread is not very encouraging. I doubt I sign up this year. Looks like a ton of bugs to work out.

If any of you are shipping to a different address, you may want to check with them daily. Mine arrived super fast. It shipped Friday from Cincinnati Ohio and arrived in Santo Domingo today.
