Are they really going to ship it to my house for free? I imagine it's a big box.

They'll ship it to the address you enter, I'm sure.

When I accessed the site, the numbers I got were pesos: 38900 for the equipment, 7080 monthly for the service. Ouch.

Has anyone actually paid and got a confirmation? I keep getting error codes no matter which RNC number I put in.

I just tried to confirm my order and failed. I don't have an RNC, but my wife does with her business, but that didn't work. In the end, I entered eight zeros as the RNC and it accepted it. But the payment failed. It said" something went wrong on our end, please wait and try again"

I tried a couple of times with no luck.

Seems expensive...It says $140cdn a month with $759cdn hardware cost.
Yes way too expensive for most people in this country. Also, will the dish work properly on a cloudy day? Upload and download speeds are good, but wifi doesn't provide the stability that an internet cable does. I'll stick with fiber. I hated my Bell express vu dish back in Canada.

It does seem to be affected by rain, but still a good speed.

As an additional service, in places where there is no infra available I bet is is very usefull. In the city of SDQ I'll stay with Altice.
And I agree, it is expensive and probably only for the happy few, e.g. visitors of this forum:ROFLMAO:

Are you using your location address? It should be something like FV9W+C66
