If I'm buying meat from the supermarkets I will buy Punta de Palomilla or Carne FM. These are the only two cuts that are more or less soft. I will sometimes marinate it in beer and garlic paste to get it real tender! But when I want a real juicy steak (Angus) like back home I call Chef Pepper (www.chefpepper.com.do) in Santo Domingo, they import from Miami, the prices are not that bad at all and they deliver fast.
