Storage in SD?

There's a moving company MUDOM in SD, they used to have a storage service for furniture, I have used it once some years ago. Their warehouse had some containers, so I asked them to pack all my furniture, appliances and other stuff from a large 3 bedroom apartment and put it all inside their storage, and it was cheap back then, something like 200 USD per month for that container, I had all the stuff there for a year after I sold one of my apartments until I bought another one where I could put all that furniture, and they moved it back from their storage to my new place. The storage was very nice and dry, no excessive humidity, no dust, and I was very happy with that service.

Unfortunately, now they don't have that service available (I don't know why exactly, probably all containers are occupied, they just said it's not available). I need a similar service in next few months. Some storage unit big enough to store a lot or furniture and appliances where it will not be damaged during a year of storage.

Is there any other storage service similar to what MUDOM has in Santo Domingo?

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.

Here are three that were pulled off the internet, perhaps it will help...

https://warehouse27rd.com/
https://citystorage.com.do/
Thanks for the input, warehouse27 does not look good for furniture storage because containers are located just on the ground on some lot, not inside the building. You can store used car parts like that, but not furniture, it will be rotten in a month inside that container.

Other two you posted have non functional websites, so I have to call them tomorrow.

Maybe somebody has some personal experience with some good storage?

Maybe check this place out: https://www.mrbstorage.com/es-DO they have a couple of different locations in Santo Domingo
Thank you I will check them out
Did you ask MUDOM if they knew of another provider of that service?
No, I was in a hurry buying 50 boxes to pack some things and rolls of tape and some other stuff, I just asked if that service is still available, they said no ahora no esta disponible.

Would be what you found, workable for a few items eg. a couple of suitcases? I considering short term storage for some items.
What I was looking for is a large storage for furniture inside some warehouse but with an access for a truck to load and unload it.

What you need is mini storage, and probably in the city center. MB storage has it at three locations (according to their site), two of them in the city center, https://www.mrbstorage.com/es-DO/ you can ask them for their prices for the smallest storage unit they have.

Thanks for clarifying and also for sharing this detail. Yes, furniture would prove to be a challenge, its more of a speciality type of setup to handle that. I will check MB storage, I appreciate the information.
