Require a taxi Las Terrenas to Sosua on Tuesday 15/3,about9.00 am,,,,any recommendations and prices !

It's a lot further than you think that trip. I drove it once and it took hours and hours

Using the toll road - it's a solid 3 hrs.

Cabrera to LT is about 1 1/2hrs.... Cabrera to Sosua is about the same

As I mentioned , there are daily bus trips in both directions

yes---true....20-30 minutes more
when the toll was 581, I refused to pay both ways

Much easier/faster on the toll road

Returning to the OP's question, I would guess that as we are talking about a 4 hour journey there, and then another 4 hour journey back for the taxi driver, with tolls each way, we've got to be looking at US$ 150 minimum. Anyone else?

I think that's too cheap. With rising fuel costs, I would ball park it in the $200-250 range with fuel costs being where they are right now.
