TDMA Cellular System in the D.R.

Is there a company in the Dominican Republic which provides TDMA digital cellular service? I am aware that Codetel and Tricom offer CDMA digital service and that the new company Orange offers GSM diigital service. I have not heard much about Centennial. Is it possible that they will provide TDMA digital service? If anyone knows any info I would appreciate it if they respond. Thank you very much.

Centennial is All America Radio & Telegraph.

Or something like that. Offer same basic cell service at good prices.

What kind of cell phone would one purchase in the DR that would allow you to call the USA and receive calls from the USA? Thanks
