Grupo Opus Gamma Inc , Santiago office is in need of a full time Day Shift Supervisor.
The Successful Supervisor must have experience in Business to Business and managing a sales staff. This is boiler room type outbound call. Our target are small and mid size business in the US nationwide. You will be responsible for staffing your team, coaching, motivating and interacting with our client.
  • MS office
  • headhunting skills
  • motivation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • problem solver and multi tasking a must
  • willing to work in a start=up environment
This is Salary position with many perks. I urge season managers to apply since we are in a grow pattern and could grow into general manager position. This position reports directly to the Owners.

Salary range..well.. If a bilingual agent make about $110rd per hour we can assume that supervisors will be more...Plus its a sales room so their are many incentives besides the base salary. The ideal candidate will be "a must get things done attitude" type of leader
So lets said ..base plus commissions and perks will be in therange of $30,000 TO $45,000RD. AND QUARTERLY BONUS
Our office does receive walk in customer for several local services we market ..so this forces us to have a professionally dressCODE.
Our office is locate in Plaza Alejo,in front of Pucmm( same plaza as Distribuidora Corripio,Biofit,Metroplis billiards)
