Was on Tower Island at Couples in Ocho Rios, Jamaica in 1984...from the looks of the photos, hasn't changed one bit! Still the same "bum(ps) and cracks"!

Near Cabrera (not exactly Puerto Plata). It used to be called Eden Bay several years back. http://www.calienteresorts.com/caribe

It's fairly easy to miss the sign. There's a long, odd cement wall in the field in front of it that you could use to help spot it.
