I was in Flip Flops one night and my dinner had already arrived and I was trying to enjoy it and the football game when some drunk from New York had to talk about how turned on some girl had made him that he had to J*ck-off 3 times that day after taking two Viagra.
And there were other women in there trying to eat, they hurriedly ate, left their drinks and split..
The guy thought he was funny and a stand-up comic regaling his sexual prowess for all to hear, trust me it is not eaves dropping when you hear a grown man shouting about j*acking-off in a public place.

I see that the new place, Mateo's Caribbean Seaside? (I can't remember the exact name) had their grand opening in the old Britania spot the other night. I didn't go in but it was a Huge turnout. Could have been 40 - 50 people.

Years ago, I used to go to Sosua and Boca Chica and never once heard guys sitting around in restaurants bragging about their exploits. Never saw any group of men more than maybe 2 or 3 wandering around together either.
Big difference between talking about cars and fish in public than jacking off and how many pussies you pounded the night before.
It's a matter of class - some people have none.
Everywhere you can think of there are unwritten limits to an individual's behavior while in public. Common sense rules the day. I get it that not everyone was schooled in how to behave and want constitutes generally unacceptable behavior and topics of public conversation. There are examples of societal neanderthals from every culture on the planet. It does appear that some societies have significantly more examples than others.
It is not a matter of when in Sosua, expect to affronted. While that sentiment may be true due to the fact that this place attracts a lot of people who obviously fail miserably at normal social interactions (why else are they here spending the money over and over again). The obvious remains, those who engage in this type of questionable conduct in public are lacking either common sense or are lacking in some fundamental knowledge and are unable to determine for themselves what is acceptable to the majority of the general public. On the same note, these same individuals probably don't care much so aren't too inclined too change.
Those that don't see a problem with inappropriate public behavior may be cut from the same cloth or do not see how all of these little antisocial liberties can contribute to a hostile society where some feel the need to shoot each other with increasing regularity.
A civil society governed by norms of agreeable behavior is not an elective proposition, but is required if any society expects to develop and prosper.

But you just described the Sosua monger to a tee. You don’t think they pass out by the pool after a long night of drinking and f*****g? The grocery store union workers can’t afford villas and condos in the south, especially renting by themselves (traveling in their safety groups)... Pot calling the kettle black. Hilarious ??????

Well, I just seen the Ahnvee site as adults only; it has 108 rooms and all booked... this is where the brothers go now.
This place was built maybe 4 or 5 yrs ago; not a lot of occupancy until now... don’t you think this was the plan all along.
Ahnvee is owned by investment group, Ocean Dreams out of Miami.
Ocean Dreams is building Ocean City with 4,000 units and medical center near the POP I think.
I think they are a large player in shaping Sosua.
What i read on takemebacktososua.com, they are packed every night.
Why would Dream world investment this much in Ahnvee 10 blocks form the action if didn’t know this would happen several yrs ago.
