Simply being the most expensive house doesn’t mean much except it will be more difficult to sell. The DR is already a place where normal houses don’t sell as fast as in other places. Imagine what that means for this house!
Case in point, the most expensive house in Connecticut is in Stamford and it has been for sale for quite a few years and had a serious price cut (still quite a few tens of millions more expensive than this one in CC.) Still no buyers. Houses above $10 million do sell in the area, but the price they are asking for this particular house is astronomic at best.

Ha, 38,000,000 and not even a Full Size Pool Table and no Beach. And all this in Casa De Campo with lousy Security. Energy Prices like in Germany and Monthly Maintenance Costs of the Price of a Mid Size Car and the average age of your Neighbors is 110+ years. Good Luck ! LOL

I was thinking the same thing. Kind of motel like. There are some beautiful homes in Casa de Campo, IMO this is not one of them.
That is why I chosen Cap Cana, better houses, more property space and right by the beach.
