Three Venezuelans arrested for drug trafficking off Peravia coast

 The National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) announced the arrest of three Venezuelans in a land-sea operation off the coast of Villa Sombrero, in southern Peravia province. Four packs of drugs were recovered from the sea, and another 130 on board a sea vessel, in an operation by the DNCD in collaboration of the Dominican Navy, Air Force and the Public Ministry.

The law enforcement authorities seized a 30-foot speedboat in the operation.
