I drove down Pedro Clisante last night. Based on every girl I saw on the sidewalk all were overweight, out of shape and sloppily dressed and I suspect they will clean up the monger trade themselves, as no self respecting horn-dog would be slightly interested.

On a normal(rain free) night by 8pm there are between 40 - 100+ within 1 block of the intersection of Dr Rosen and Pedro Clisante. And this is on the sidewalks, not including the ladies in the various bars. I don't know how many more are out at 10pm or later.
