Today only on Jet Blue they are offering JFK-SDQ at $139 each way before taxes. It is good 9/27-12/15. There are black out days.

I find Continental from EWR consistently cheaper to SDQ - not always POP

TODAYS Jet Blue flight from JFK to POP was CXLED. So now a back-log of people waiting for flights.

I don't know about the JFK to SDQ flight.
