The Chamber of Accounts (CC) sent its findings of irregularities in the transactions carried out by the Cabinet of Coordination of Social Policy (GCPS) under its director Tony Peña Guaba to the Attorney General’s Office. Major irregularities were detected in the contracting of artists for events during December 2020, at the start of the Abinader administration.
The CC verified the GCPS had carried out a disbursement of R$32 million 50 thousand pesos before the signing of the contracts by the beneficiaries.
