Travel Question For Leaving DR.....Cruise Liners..

Are there any of these cruise liners either out of Santo Domingo, La Romana...elsewhere...

That you could jump on and get a ride over to Miami-Ft. Lauderdale?...

I've been looking around for info on this, but there seems to be little to no options for this form of transportation out of DR....

Almost everything confided to airlines now....

Previous discussions here on cruise ships discussed the lack of an "origin" point from DR ports for recent cruises. I suspect this persists to this day.
