The Procurement Agency says that the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) did not accept the request made by Transcore Latam to allow it to continue as the provider of intelligent smart traffic light system to the government Transit Agency (Intrant). The Hugo Beras administration at the Intrant had signed a RD$1.3 billion contract that was suspended by the Procurement Agency for irregularities in the contracting.
