This is a great airline. I took business from Miami to Istanbul not long ago. The Business Lounge at Istanbul is one of best, or the best in the World. And food on the plane is gourmet. Chef comes out to take your order. This is business though.

Turkey is in my travel list, lets hope they fly regular, for now LRM works good as they are in the midle of Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, airlines usually do that when they are intrested in serve both markets. lets see how they will be doing later if become regular flight.

Wondering how much could cost a ticket, with the codeshare with Avianca is over 2,000.00 dollars from SDQ, and with Copa is arround 1,560.00 dollars, with Air Europa 1,700.00 dollars. Is cheaper flight to Moscow with Condor 1,100.00 dollars.

I love traveling to Turkey, wonderful country, but.....

Right now, until May 17th, Turkey is under nationwide lockdown, because there are 60,000+ new Covid cases a day.

• People have to stay at home except for essential shopping trips and urgent medical treatment
• All travel between cities requires official approval

Some countries already stopped all flights to Turkey, some restricted it to a couple of flights per week for urgent needs only. So even if these two particular flights will not be cancelled by Turkish Government, they should be cancelled by Dominican authorities.

Some countries already stopped all flights to Turkey, some restricted it to a couple of flights per week for urgent needs only. So even if these two particular flights will not be cancelled by Turkish Government, they should be cancelled by Dominican authorities.

I dont think that will happend, we are still reciving Brazilean travelers.

Well, while Turkey is under lockdown, Turkish authorities may cancel everything that they want to cancel, so if somebody wants to pay for these tickets, think twice. It's just not the right time.
