Now we have answered this one, I have another.
In most states in the US it is legal to do a left turn onto a oneway street headed the same direction, this is after a full stop. I tried to get this answered when I took my drivers test here and got 3 different answers Yes, No, and Maybe. So its not just AMET, but also the transit authority.

I always turn on the red light if it's safe... never had any problems. As mentioned already, the Amet's probably weren't even aware of that law. This week it's seatbelts, the next week it's cel phones.

hahaha 3 weeks ago it was window tint. they stopped us twice in santago.
