FYI, I just used them this week for the first time. It was painless. The only issue was that they say you need a piece of ID on the email they sent me to get the $. I went to Caribe Express and they wanted 2. I happened to have debit and credit cards in my wallet and they accepted that (along with the passport). This was for $1000 sent and $57,100 DOP picked up.

The special offer or rate is for the first $500...that still works out better than the lower rate we are getting now here...
