Keep your posts DR related, please.

I believe what is being decided around the world is relevant to the DR on something like a pandemic. If a new variant emerges in another country it is discussed for example.
It is not like we can not observe what other countries are doing to help make informed decisions regarding vaccinating

Never heard the term used for a country but I believe it’s a new more sophisticated term for an influencer. A thought leader.
