Does anyone know of a reputable place in Santo Domingo to get vaccinations. I am interested in a place that does vaccinations for adults, kids and babies. I heard there is a place at La Feria, which does it for free. But I have yet to confirm this. I'd appreciate any responses.

We take our girls to the local public hospital and the shots are free. No flu though as I don't know about those.

There's a very good public vaccination centre near Plaza de la Salud.

Sorry, but I can't remember the exact address.

Thanks for the replies. I have found the answer for those interested. The government has a free vaccines program. Tuesdays and Thursday, between 8:30am and 12:30pm, by appointment. It's the Programa Ampliado Inmunizaciones (PAI). You can get the free vaccines at this center. The address is:

Calle 41, Casi Esquina 28
Despues de la Pedro Livio Cedeno
Ensanche La Fe

I will edit my post later to include the phone number once I find it.
