A few years ago the Venezuelan (I think he’s also Argentinian) moved to the DR and bécame a Dominican citizen. He bought a property in Samaná that has given him a few headaches. Now another one! A lady claims she is the real owner of his property. She went and vandalized the property by putting red paint on the white perimeter wall of the property.

Oh, if you think she’s Dominican, think again. Colombian that has been in the DR for while (though nowhere it mentions for how many years.)

Here is the Colombians lady that claims she is the real owner of the property and that Montaner simply got scammed.

This is not an uncommon problem in DR
Y the Venezolano threatens to leave DR?
I can understand how he feels. Butting your head against a wall (DR bureaucracy) has to give you a headache.
