Stay clear of this project, no matter how cheap a condo/apartment is being offered to you.
There's a long history behind this place, but most importantly, the same thing that drove them into the ground in the first place, still exists.

There was a disco right next to it to the East, called Copa Cabana, and the thump prevented people from sleeping.
Now, there is a Tipico of sorts, 100 feet away, that used to be known as the hotel Kanoa, I believe, and it blasts music all evening 'till the wee hours of the morning.
This combined with questionable ownership by anybody who claims title make it a very bad investment.
