Visa?

I will be visiting the DR for 4 months from the US. I have been unable to get any answers from the DR Cnsulate here. Where can I find this info?

Except for a Student Visa, I never heard of anyone from the US getting a visa.

Normally, people come in using the regular tourist card and (at worst) pay the fee/fine shown here.

If you are a us citizen you will just buy a visa when you get there.
