There continue to be more questions than answers as more is known on the murder of Haitian President Jovenel Moise. Haiti has had 20 governments in 35 years.
Investigative journalist Nuria Piera traveled to Haiti with the backing of the Dominican Embassy in Haiti. She reported what appeared to be normalcy in the streets of Haiti despite the fuel shortage that affects the city of Port-au-Prince.
