Oh come on!! Buy my beach house!! Punta Rucia, with a title!! On the freakin' beach fer crissakes!! (Listed on DR1)...it is a really Dominican beach...no vendors, nothing much at all, except the ocean...and some nice people...

My understanding is there are between 800 and 1000 villas in Green Village of Cap Cana that are between 50% and 80% completed, abandoned and returning to the jungle. These villas were all selling in the range of $700K to $1m. All the escrow money was already released to the developers? Ouch!!
