The first thing you need to do is lose the "Hotlips" e-mail/board name. Please do not take this admonishment as any sort of patronizing behavior on my part. It's just that in the cyber world appearances are, well . . . 'whatever'. In the "real world" appearances are every thing. Get yourself a new web based e-mail address and use an alias that stands up in court (meaning something that wouldn't be a turn-off for the jury). In the past this forum has addressed the same topic as you've advanced and the thread was deleted, something about the legal ramifications.
I would think the next step would be to hirer an attorney or two, defiantly you'll need a reputable
Dominican law firm (and one in your home country) if you are serious about tracking down and having the accused arrested and prosecuted. Your 'DR' attorney would, possibly, also hire a privet investigator if need be. The attorneys will determine if the resort that you were using can be sued if the accused is/was their employee.
